SIMONA also offers an extensive range of products suitable for ceiling and wall applications. Alongside products like SIMONA® PVC-CAW, SIMONA® PVC-MZ and SIMOLUX, this portfolio includes foamed materials such as SIMONA® COPLAST, SIMOPOR and SIMONA® PE FOAM.
SIMONA® COPLAST-AS coextruded PVC foam sheets combine the benefits of an attractive surface finish and high rigidity. Due to its UV and weather stability, COPLAST-AS is also the perfect product for outdoor applications. SIMONA® COPLAST-AS consists of high-quality white outer skins and a white foam core. SIMONA® COPLAST-AS-X has a grey foam core.

SIMOPOR-LIGHT combines low density with high rigidity. The lightweight PVC free-foam sheets have excellent processing properties and a particularly attractive surface finish. Engineered with an even lower density.
SIMOPOR-ULTRALIGHT is extremely light and therefore very easy to handle.
SIMOPOR-LIGHT BRILLIANT is a specialty sheet for digital direct printing - in a brilliant white with low density, finely structured, even and high level of flatness for more vibrant colours.
The through-coloured PVC free-foam sheets SIMOPOR-COLOR, available in blue, yellow, green, grey, red and black, open up a wide range of possibilities for exhibition, signage and display design.

Due to the closed-cell foam core and the coextruded outer skins, our foamed polyolefin sheets offer an outstanding combination of low weight and high rigidity. SIMONA® PE FOAM is acknowledged for its excellent processing capabilities, exceptional surface finish and low water absorption. SIMONA® PE FOAM can be used in many applications as an alternative to plywood and MDF.
PE FOAM is much more durable compared to wood-based materials, which makes it particularly suited to wet rooms and areas exposed to moisture. SIMONA® PE FOAM is supplied with UV stability as a standard feature for outdoor applications and has a scratch-resistant embossed surface.
